In a world where skincare is often clouded by excess, PureGlow stands apart, distilling beauty down to its purest form. This project strips away the layers of unnecessary noise, focusing on just three essential steps—each carefully developed to speak directly to the needs of your skin. Our work dives into the brand language and design, unraveling how much can be omitted to reveal a brand so simple, so clear, that nothing else is desired. In an industry overflowing with promises, PureGlow lets the power of pure ingredients and mindful consumption shine through, cutting through the clutter to offer something unique.

PROJECT CHALLENGE

We explored a creative visual direction that marries clean, minimalist aesthetics with an uplifting sense of hope and anticipation for skin transformation. The imagery captures radiant, glowing skin, while a serene colour palette allows the results to shine through effortlessly, letting the transformation tell its own story.

OUR APPROACH

The brand leads its users through an effortless 3-step routine, with intuitive visual cues on each product and key benefits highlighted on the packaging for easy recognition in-store. Their e-commerce platform offers concise, digestible information, balancing clarity with simplicity—never overwhelming with technical jargon. Focused on achieving clear, radiant skin, the brand’s social media creates a deeper connection, sharing results-driven posts, ingredient spotlights and routine tips.

A RETURN TO SIMPLICITY

For PureGlow we were inspired by the clarity and calm of old European apothecaries. Back in the 18th and 19th centuries, skincare and wellness products came in clean, straightforward packaging that focused on what really mattered: what the product was and how to use it. We brought that same idea to PureGlow’s design: clear, honest and easy to trust. No distractions, just thoughtful details and a quiet kind of beauty.

18th-19th CENTURY APOTHECARIES

In the 18th and 19th centuries, European apothecaries embraced a sense of clarity and simplicity in their product labeling, recipe books and magazines. With clean, straightforward designs, these designs prioritized function, so customers could easily identify remedies and their uses. This practical, no-frills approach to presentation puts a focus on essential information, stripped of excess, yet still steeped in the art of refinement.
